Taipei International Book Exhibition (TiBE) is not only an annual grand culture event of Taiwan’s academia but also a significant Book Exhibition in Asia. Cooperating with Taipei National University of the Arts, National Cheng Chi University, National Central University, National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, and National Sun Yat-Sen University, National Taiwan University initiated “University Presses Showcase” ( the Showcase) to participate in TiBE in 2013. The Showcase expects to foster cohesion and to increase influence on academic publications among member universities of the Showcase, which will prompt more attentions of academic publications and the establishment of university presses. Founded in August, 2014, National Cheng Kung University Press, NCKU Press was soon invited to participate in TiBE in 2015. In 2016, NCKU Press became one of the full member universities of the Showcase.
